The objective of this project is to build the capacity of stakeholders to use information, consultation, and participation tools in the workplace, ensuring effective engagement of workers in decision-making processes related to the green transition and taking into account their interests, thereby addressing the second priority of supporting worker involvement in the anticipation and management of change and the prevention and resolution of disputes in the event of various forms of restructuring.
