It should be. All workers should have access to ongoing training to meet green and digital job demands. Unions should be adamant in pushing for training guarantees, including regular and specific hours of training to help their workers adapt. Such training hours should not be deducted from the non-work hours of the workers and this is to be guaranteed in collective agreements, if not at a national scale, at least at sectoral level.
