Will my current job disappear?

Some traditional and manual professions may disappear, but new roles will emerge (e.g. AI experts, cobot technicians, sustainability managers). The labour market is shifting, not simply shrinking. Before that happens, make sure your union is updated on future projects of your employer and that you receive training in order to develop the necessary skills and be able to keep your job.
